Crystal light energy drink packets are yummy. Mix them in with water and go.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
He motivates me to go and push myself harder during the workout session. If we do cardio next to one another we always compete who can go faster or with more resistence and it pushes me to a whole not...more
