Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
He motivates me to go and push myself harder during the workout session. If we do cardio next to one another we always compete who can go faster or with more resistence and it pushes me to a whole not...more

God I love my butt since I started working out. Since Oct I have had the most awesome ass transformation. Even if Im still fighting the belly pouchy thing from having three kids.. my booty rocks! Hahaha. Just had to share =)

Do what I did. Join a gym and higher a personal trainer for a few months. Just until you feel comfortable in what you are doing. Some gyms put out actual workouts for people to follow.
