Apr, 2008
How I Started:
Since 2003 I've been interested in lifting weights and trying to get bigger. But I have always lacked the commitment due to too many excuses. Frankly it just boils down to laziness.
Why I Love It:
People who are older or even over weight look at me and say, "Man I wish I had your body, Your sooo lucky." What they don't realize it's a curse. Maybe it's just the whole "Nobody is happy with what they have" thing, but mostly its a curse.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is in the mirror.

...The ability to cast a shadow.

This is my starting point. 138 Lbs. Really I started at 132 Lbs. but I don't have a pic of that.
I want my Body to live up to my title.
U.S. Marine.
Goal (Long):
After graduating high school at a transparent 118lbs standing 5'11" I new I was going to be in for some pain joining the Marine Corps. But I thought hey the Marines will "Make me Big!" cause you gatta be strong to be a Marine right? Well I was right and wrong... No doubt Marines are some of the finest warrior in the world however their strenght isn't in our arms and legs, it's in our heart. I graduated Boot Camp at 135ish so I thought I was on the right track. 5 years later.. I weigh 135ish. To see me on the street the word "Marine" would probably be the last thing used to describe me, dork or nerd might be more accurate. At first I told my self I didn't care cause the Marines to my left and right are the ones that know what I can do and where I've been and thats all that mattered. Now I'm going to use my biggest muscle advantage I have, my heart, and transform this computer gamer's chasie into a force to be reckoned with.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Back in 2003 when I first started I was curling too much weight and probably poor form, I would get sharp pains in my forearms. This lead to getting discurage due to not using heavy weight and giving up for a a while. GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!!! I have reached my first short term goal of 145 Lbs.!!! This was a huge chalange for me because I started at 132 Lbs. and never seen the scale go above 140 lbs. I should of started with 140 Lbs. as my first goal but now none of that matters cause sweat never tasted so...
wanna gain weight, start carrying a jar of peanut butter with you on your humps, and also some type of greens supplement, i was in the corps as a 31, and couldnt gain weight either pb worked wonders@
