Overall Goal: Changed my goal of competing this summer to next summer...I still need to bring up legs and back..Now at 180lbs..5 more to go..Added cardio 4 x's / week for 20 mins. Building muscle while keeping a low bodyfat %...Looking for sponsors...My potential
I started to workout w/ my friends, who were all bigger than me. I got very strong quickly..I liked how that made me feel..I responded to working out immediately..my friends fell off of the wagon but I continued..I would workout for about 6 months at a time each yr...Last Jan, I decided to see what changes I could make if I worked out for an entire year..I as well as friends were shocked to see the growth..They even accused me of taking steroids or suppliments to augment my body..I dont, however use anything.
Why I Love It:
Of course, I love the way that working out makes me feel..I can take all of the stress of the day to the gym and leave it there..I love when people come up to me for advice on what exercise is recomended. The additional self confidence is also a bonus.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out has now become a habit to me..A part of my day like taking a shower..I just can't go a day without it..YES I AM ADDICTED!!..It affects that way that I approach things..I feel that I can do anything!

For 2 weeks I have added 2.5lbs to my barbell workouts..I have lifted to the same intensity and have been doing the same reps. Mentally since I do not see the lil 2.5's..I sike myself out into lifting w/ the same intensity...My mind tells me that the weight is no heavier..I will do this for about...

Thanks good to hear homie,getting the strenght up doing your thing pretty much a beast. On my end things are going pretty good actually. Can't complain been having some good cardio/workout sessions...TAke care homie and enjoy your weekend!
