Meal 1:
2 eggs 8 egg whites or 2 scoops of Cinnabun Trutein
3/4 cup steel cut oats
Meal 2:
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
20 almonds
Meal 3:
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
20 almonds
Meal 4:
1 chicken breast
1/2 red potato
20 almonds
Meal 5:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 chicken breast
On days that I work out I will also have 2 scoops of protein. Either a shake with 2 scoops post work out or 1 scoop broken up into 2 shakes. My chicken/potato/almonds meal is my pre-work out meal.
