How I Started:
I worked out from time to time since high school but never took it seriously. I hurt my shoulder at the gym and to stayed away for some time. I was taking my little brother to martial arts class and started to like it... I decided to join and that help me quit my 10+ years smoking habit... But now I'm trying to get back in shape after almost a year of been laze... ;)
Why I Love It:
Want to live longer with great health so i can see my baby grow...
How I Stay Motivated:
My little girl is my main motivation right now... I want to set the example for a better life style...
this is the workout I'll be using for the next 10 weeks...The title is "10 Week Mass Building" and it is from the bodyspace database this should be the first time I actually write something down to guide me at the gym...
I think that there is a small change,small but it is there.but if you want to see a bigger change you need to stay focus and work out harder and remember LOS CAMPEONES NO NACEN.SE ASEN!!!and good luck.
