How I Started:
For the past year Ive been working out trying to achieve a healthier way of life and get fit doing it. Didnt take working out seriously until recently . My family has always been into working out and one day I started with them. Loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Love to see the progression I've made over time and I love the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at what I have achieved so far and looking at pictures of other people as seeing how they have achieved there goals.
Want to get a six pack and swimsuit ready body. I would like to weight 135 lbs by the end of the month. Need to stick to a clean diet and puch myself more at the gym.

Thank ou very much!! Start by cutting out little things like white breads, pastas, pastries, cookies, candies etc. Carry around water w/you all the time! Always choose clean eats and only go out to eat once a week or less :)
I'm only going to be in Tampa for a little bit. Sucks. I grew up down here. How is everything going with you? I read your blog about having trouble with the diet. Best advice I can give is to just raid your kitchen/pantry and throw out everything you should not be eating. Do you need any help with recipes or anything?
hey girl! Sorry I'm just now getting back to you, I've had a crazy busy week! I take Cellucor's D4 Extreme fat burner and NO preworkout. Then later in the afternoon I take the D4 Thermal Shock fat burner! I looooove these products! How are you doing? Hows training going?

Thanks for the message, I eat about 4oz of chicken at a meal - like no more than 1/2 a breast. A little of my veges, maybe a little rice. I dont measure things.
I'm not doing much cardio right now to be honest! 3 days a week max! Steve doesn't want me doing more than 12mins either, and I do what I'm told;) What about you?
