Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Mostly shoulder injuries that a little bit of time off would fix.

This is my first blog, so give me some love.
I have trained for a long time and have done pretty well staying in shape but I have never really gotten that body I was hoping for. When I would lose weight to get abs I also lost my size and muscle. Finally I found BB and came across some...
