This is my first blog, so give me some love.
I have trained for a long time and have done pretty well staying in shape but I have never really gotten that body I was hoping for. When I would lose weight to get abs I also lost my size and muscle. Finally I found BB and came across some...

I can definitely see progress in the abs. Good work! That's my weakness - I've gotten rid of the fat almost everywhere else but my love handles don't want to go away. This is a hard time of year if you like food, which I do.

Cycling carbs over the course of a week. 2 moderate carb days followed by 3 low carb days followed by 1 or 2 high carb days (depending on your goal) check out skippy's site (skippyppdar.com?) for a program or in contest prep.

I couldn't wish that. Food is a source of joy as well as excess calories. I can't imagine wanting it to be merely useful. But I wouldn't mind if I could turn off its appeal once and a while.

I hear you about love of food. I have no problem stepping up the cardio activity and weights but laying off the food is the real challenge. Looking good.
