Site resources

Week 4 is halfway down.  I've entered my stats and a couple of progress pics.  I even answered some threads and began my own threads on the transformation challenge board.

Seems to me the workout/diet thing is the easy part.  For me, the hardest part seems to be finding the time to plug into all the great resources the site has to offer, and of course finding that #$%@#$^ thread I posted a question on last night!!!

2nd week completed

Posted in Training  :  Feb 13, 2011 3:38pm
I selected a pretty grueling (for me) workout plan with 6 varying workouts and only 1 rest day per week.  I just finished the second week, and despite a couple of late nights at work, a scratched cornea and feeling like a cold coming on, the challenge kept me motivated and I completed all of my workouts!

First week down!

Posted in Training  :  Feb 06, 2011 9:44pm
Just finished the first week of the challenge, see my progress pics for details.  6 workouts, 1 rest day, very strict diet.  I am getting leaner and cutting the muscles a little, but I hopefully won't lose too much mass while cutting.  I'm finding it a bit of a challenge to balance the diet - either I am cutting too much and losing weight, or at high calories putting on weight, but not necessarily muscle mass.  Hopefully the program I am on right now can help with that!

VillainChien Hey, Tom. What's the latest? Sorry to hear travel hasn't allowed you much training. No gyms around where you've been visiting? Anyway, you're still on track. Keep it up! ViCh Mar 20, 2012 9:25pm
