I am 44 years old and weigh essentially the same as I did in college. I started bodybuilding about two years ago and effectively re-proportioned myself and reduced my body fat significantly, but now I would like to gain muscle mass. I would like to gain 15 pounds of muscle in the next 6 months.
I am currently at about 12% body fat. I would like to reduce this to 10%, but as I am not carrying too much fat this is not a primary goal. I do not want to increase my body fat in order to gain weight.

I want to GAIN 15 lb
