Overall Goal: I would like to get my weight to around 180 by summer and have about 7-8% body fat at the most. I love wine, so getting below 8% will be very tough.

How I Started:
I have been working out since I was 16. But as many people, we tend to get to busy to stick with a solid work out schedule. I am now in a position were I can work out anytime and stay focused.
Why I Love It:
I hate the notion of working out but love how I feel afterwards. You may have noticed my forum name having a 69 on the end of it. This was the number given to me on my first mountain bike race.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is my two little girls. I want them to have a healthy role model that will be around for many years to come, unless God has something else planned for me and than I have no control.
BB Accomplishments:
Staying motivated and being able bench press 205x5 for 3 sets. This is just the start, but do not want to get too big. I doubt that will be my problem. My goal is to bench 350lbs. and then just maintain.
Thanks! Actually I'm not doing any cardio at all. I keep the BF% down mostly with the diet and keeping the pace up in the gym. Rest times are rarely more than a couple minutes at most. Even less between abs sets. I will be adding in come cardio/circuit training in a month or so to really get the BF down and keep it in single digits.
