When I Started:
Dec, 2005
How I Started:
I was almost at the 250lb mark and wanted to get healthy and start enjoying life again. I started going to the gym and eating right and now I am loving life, feeling great, and look fabulous!
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy and I look great! I love the adrednaline rush I get from working out. Knowing that I can kick ass and no one would expect it from a tiny woman like me is a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I look in the mirror and see where I have come I know I will never go back to being the fat chick. I always strive for perfection and that alone keeps me motivated to constantly reach for something better.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to flex a muscle and see my defined biceps and lowering my body fat percentage.

I want to see muscle definition when I am not flexing and gain strength. Seeing a flat, tight stomach wouldn't be too shabby either!
Goal (Long):

My scar is not noticable. My doc sewed from the inside and didn't have that railroad scar. A good doctor will ask you how you want your scar, depending on how or what type of undergarments you wear. Mine is hip to hip. Can't see it. But if you compete, and get a tan...you'd definitely never see it.
I had a really good plastic surgeon to take off the extra skin. But Palmer's Cocoa Butter really helps to. Any Cocoa Butter, as long as the main ingredient is Cocoa Butter. I put it on right after my shower. Its better used during the weight loss, but it does help after as well. Hope that helps :o)
