How I Started:
I really started lifting weights in 8th grade. My mom bought me a weight set and I started lifting in the garage. I learned how to lift from the lifting guide that came with the weight set.
Currently doing a 5x5 program with 235 on bench and squat. I need to take the weight up on the squat but the bench is all I can do. I have stepped up to a 5x5 on the deadlift as well at 305 lbs per set.

I started lifting with my dad's 25lb dumbells, and theonly exercise I could do was military press- so I had some rockin' shoulders as a teen :-) I see your early weight training serves you well also ;) keep it up!

well dude i dont agree. many of my posts in the gorum have given me bad feedback, making fun of me, tellin me i am stupid, etc. I am not blaming other people, i just want help, proper, decent, not repeated help. I do everything right, i use low reps with heavy weights, i eat tons and tons of proteins and carbs. I am just really realy annoyed!
