cutting and looking fit is 80-90% diet and the rest training. HAve alook at your diet, write everything down for a week, you may be shocked..

once you follow a CLEAN eating regimen, the rest will follow. You just have to set your mind. As far as training, I would up it to 5-6Xwk for dramatic results and include hiit cardio min 4xwk

my 1st advice;you MUST throw out the scaleƩ REALLY. 2:don't dwell over the past, cant change it. That being said, you must follow a STRICT diet +training plan without going off, no matter what, NO excuses....how does that sound??
