As far as I can remember I have always done pushups which has lead me to the gym to gain and refine or develop my muscles.
Why I Love It:
Here lately, I am at peace with myself when I am working out. It could be while I am running(do my cardio) or just lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
For one looking at all the beautiful pictures on the web and this site.
