doesnt really matter whether u opt treadmill or stair climber or whatever cardio exercise, just do it on empty stomach when you wake up in the morning. regarding rest between sets, keep it to the minimum, simply to stabilize your breathing pattern. keep up the good work, buddy.

Thanks! It's been tough! I became a vegetarian between years, started taking whey protein & watching my diet, then learned how to lift:)When I plateau I take hydroxy hardcore to lose some...I'm careful, cause caffeine creates tolerance:)Thanks,

whasup dude? Thank you for your kind words. i rarely take measurement of my bodyfat, just assuming that i'm falling in range of 11% :) stay focus on building your muscle mass and reduce your carbs intake. we, asian people, were not born with superior ability in accumulating muscle, still we can build a decent one with hard work and discipline. as for getting leaner there's no secret, just manage your carbs intake. excess carbs were the main problem. keep up the good work :)
