Today is a beautiful day, so I headed out on the mountain bike for a blat around the forest, good times! Did about an hour and a quarter.  Spent most of the morning studying for my Accountancy exam which us on Tues, looking forward to that being over, thats the last exam i'll ever have to...

I'm doing well. Trying to eat clean, that seems to be the big challenge right now. Started a new Extreme Fat Destruction plan. The workouts are great, but just have to get back to eating clean!

Hey there, I was just thinking about checking in with you, and there was your comment. Things are going pretty well, I just started Week 11. I'm putting together a new lifting program for after the challenge. We'll see how that goes, I may end up doing another challenge if I can't keep myself on the right path as far as nutrition. How was your trip?

I'm too scared to put my pics up just yet, I haven't seen post worthy results in my opinion! Hopefully after week 8, which is a week from tomorrow, I'll fell brave!

Going really good. I have put on 3 lbs , and half an inch on my arms and a full inch in my shoulders in two weeks ! I'd say its going very well so far :)

hey check out mels mountain bike guide ....they sell a t shirt on that site (theres only one shirt )it will crack you up .chicoracing. another good site if you live in ontario lol...but it is what i will up to this summer 60 k race in april

no no problems ....just some wicked gas from my whey powder!lol..maybe if you take to much of it ,it can affect you .i know of some folks who are up too 2 and 3 scoops ,i stick with 1 .i know someone with crohns and it hurts ,you should be ok

Quick question, what do you usaully drink, besides water? And yeah, I went one day without a coke and hello headache! I toned it back to just two a day (lunch and around 4pm) so far so good.

hi kelly ..what kinda bike do you have ? how often do you bike ,ever race ?i just bought a new bike ,2 more weeks and its biking season well on the roads another month before the trails are dry enough,cant wait .all the best on your goals
