I have always made some sport, cross country skiing, running, mountain bike, gym... But 3 year a go i stop. And this summer a got back to work on my body!
Why I Love It:
I love to push my self and what a better way to push more weight.

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
