Short term - want to gain muscle to look my best for an upcoming photoshoot. Long term - I want to get big!
Goal (Long):
I was the typical skinny guy at school, picked last for sports! Left school at 130lb. Now at 32 I'm an athletic mountain biker and runner, at 155lb. Have been bodybuilding on and off for years, but now am now taking it seriously week in week out, never missing a workout.
Long term I want to get up to 185lb with 10% bodyfat. Reckon I can do it by my 35th birthday.
