How I Started:
I got started because I was tired of looking in the mirror and getting depressed. I felt I should look better and finally decided to act on this and get in better shape.
Why I Love It:
Because it is such a rush to see what you can accomplish with your body. This is something that no one else can take credit for.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I miss a workout I feel dirty, like I just broke the law or something. Working out is a have to thing for me to feel good.

After three weeks I have to say I'm happy with getting back into the groove of things.  Ending weight for Week #3 is 202.0 lbs., so I've lost 8.2 lbs. in the past three weeks.  My finger is healing pretty well.  I use a strap on my right hand to make sure I can hold the weight that I'm...
