How I Started:
I got started because I was tired of looking in the mirror and getting depressed. I felt I should look better and finally decided to act on this and get in better shape.
Why I Love It:
Because it is such a rush to see what you can accomplish with your body. This is something that no one else can take credit for.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I miss a workout I feel dirty, like I just broke the law or something. Working out is a have to thing for me to feel good.

weight change for week 3 = 2.6 lbs. Total after 3 weeks is 8.2 lbs., yeah. Next week I'll take some new pics.
