How I Started:
My wife turned to me one day and said, “We are going on a diet.” To which I responded, “Yes dear,” and promptly thought, “What did I do?”
Well, it wasn’t what I did, but rather what I didn’t do. I wasn’t really taking care of myself, and the yearly resolution to get in shape had remained unfulfilled, almost 6 months later.
It was about this time that I found out about the greatest transformation contest-“Well I’ve got the most to lose.” With the commitment with from my wife to eat better, my team there to support me, and the guidance of a great Personal trainer-Sarah, I set off to make my transformation.
Why I Love It:
Its given me more confidence and makes me feel better in general. Since I lost the weight I'm in the best physical shape of my life and look forward to even greater gains.

I want to decrease my fat percentage to 15% or less
Goal (Long):
I want to change my body fat percentage to less then 15% and increase my muscle size. I have always been heavier and I want to replace that fat with muscle. I want to have a body that I don't have to be ashamed of. I recently saw some old pictures of me and was ashamed of how heavy I looked.
Since I have been working out with my personal trainer, I have been doing a healthy variety of exercises, but two have been my major downfall: triceps pushups and the plank.
When I started, I could hold the plank for something like 15 seconds then I'd have to drop and get back up to keep...
