How I Started:
My mom passed away of breast cancer in 1999. I decided to change my unhealthy lifestyle and lost weight but I wasn't lifting weight...lol :o) Found BB.com and now I want to get lean and sexy.
Why I Love It:
I feel healthier when I work-out and eat right... I feel stronger and sexier when I work-out with weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that God has a plan for my life! Not matter what I see today is not what God has for my tomorrow. If you really want something and truly believe it's possible, you'll get it", but putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don't want means you'll probably get that too.And I also enjoy reading articles on BB.com and reading Oxygen magazine.

I have found the time and energy to invest in myself.

I want to challenge myself to get into figure competition shape so I can compete at the age of 40+. I have wanted to do this for a long time BUT I have made up in my mind to get busy doing it!! Why is everyone offering me donuts and cookies this morning... WOW!!! I have done my exercise, drank my protein, took my vitamins and fish oil. Its just the trick of the enemy trying to get me to defeat my purpose.... not a chance.... LOL!!! Im going to sit in my office and let them pig...

COULD BE THE EXHAUSTED FROM THE INTENSE WORKOUTS. ADD ANOTHER 30 MIN TO HOUR TO YOUR SLEEP. MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL OF YOUR VITAMINS AND IRON.
