Overall Goal: I want to have the physique of the guys that make the cover of Muscle and Fitness magazine. I want to layer muscle mass in aesthetic proportion over the years while maintaining a low fat percentage.

How I Started:
I'm from an active family. Both of my parents worked out in gyms and ran marathons my whole life. Apparently it runs in the family. I started lifting weights at Holiday Park Fitness when I was 15 years old
Why I Love It:
I love to look good. The great feeling of being in phenomenal physical shape and health can not be duplicated in my opinion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I observe people who have physical health problems (primarily obese people) and think how much every aspect of my life would change for the worse if I were to let my health and physique deteriorate like that.

I don't necessarily "like" lifting with someone. I enjoy recruiting friends into the health and fitness world. I try to mentor my partners until they are independent and go to the gym with or without me. Well I commented on your tranversus, so they are ok, now u should put some work on ur rectus abdominus, the middle part.
Cable crunches/reverse cruches/hanging leg raises exercises like that. focus on the squeeze
