my ab routine is kind boring actually. and sporadic, no schedule, just hit em a bit errrday ... mainly, weighted cruches and haning leg lifts and leg lifts with twists, they'll get ya! good luck!

training is awsome right!!! thanks for asking, alittle tough with the summer days pokin out , and its only gonna get harded but hte summergive ya more reason to get in there and cut up. winter is easy cuz we all just gain 15 pounds and who cares, the diet is killing me, and imnot even strict!! . how about you bro? working dem arms?

hi! ya i do have a bit of an eagle eye ... dont think i didnt notice the cleaning products on the floor either, haha. Name is Steve, last name MUZYKA, (which yes, mean music ... in ukrainian) my latest pics are from end of march, i have bulked since then(up about 12 lbs) now im gonna cut back down and see what i got, would love some feedback once they are posted :)

hey yoyo, thank for the greetings! things are going well ... just about to finish a 'mini' bulk im about 12 pounds over my ideal wieght, but its been good for gaining strength, gonna cut down hopefully over the next 2 - 3 weeks and hope to have some good progress! whats breaking on your end?? and goals/accomplishments met?

serious bro, if your training that hard there 2 problems. Your doing hte same stuff over and over again. "do what you have always done and get what you always got" need to switch it up and give ur muscles something new. more importantley, like my friends below ... DIET DIET DIET, the truth man.
