Background

When I Started: Mar 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to quit being so scrawny so my brother took me to the gym. I hurt myself as I tried to lift something too heavy for me. That was motivation enough to conquer that weight which I have.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel good about myself. I love seeing my results right in front of me all day everyday.
