How I Started:
I've been feeling very uncomfortable and was saying I'll go on a diet and start excersize. Then a friend sent me a link to this site. I saw women older than me looking younger than me. That was it, I got off my bum.
Why I Love It:
Am I suppose to like it? Well, I guess I do feel better having done it...
I didn't try to hide the bulges. It's the complete and sad truth. For now. I'm changing it. And to prove it I will have photos of a new and improved me in a months time.
I've been doing a few select excersizes, some with weights. I've been watching what I eat, but to be honest, I haven't been strict. Which might explain the weight increase, but I've lost some cm.
Now I have a cold that leaves me dizzy just from standing up so I'm not excersizing. Also food...
The most important thing is your trying every day & to know that there will be good days & bad, but that u stick with it. If u`d like some info give me a email. ivan
