Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I just ran my first 5k at a 9 minute/mile pace, much quicker than what I had expected to run it in.
Goal (Long): My long term working goal is to compete in the Indy sprint triathlon consisting of a decent length swim, 20k bike and 5k run. I'd also like to run in the half marathon taking place this fall. I've got a long way to go for some guy who never ran more than 2 miles in his life.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%
Upcoming Contest: Indy Sprint Tri and Indy Half Marathon

hey i was wondering how you lost your love handles because i am happy with my body but i cant get rid of the handles...just write back on my wall
