hey spring, how are you ..... thanks for checking in with me... I'm still doing good.... I've been on vacation and planning my parents 50th anniversary dinner...but I'm still trying to stay focus... i weight in at 254 (another 4lbs)this morning so I'm still losing... ooooo your birthday is coming up... :) :)

Great progress pics... i loved all the outdoor scenes...I was just wondering, who do you have taking pics of you in a corn field...
