i use to workout daily but got away from it... when you get it in your blood it make you feel so much better

hi jackie how are you, i know i've been MIA and i'm feeling it. But I thank God that he's given me yet another opportunity to do what I know I have to do. No need to worry gurl, I'm about 2 hours (or more) away; Cypress, about a half hour outside Houston. But when I come to hear T D Jakes, I can look you up:-) Btw, how far is Houston from Dallas by car?

Thanks for the kind and encouraging comments. Believe it or not, I take my own pics. LOL! I use a ladder as a tripod and the timer function on my camera. Hi, how are you, I am coming along, think I've gained my weight back and I'm actually afraid to get on the scale..My daughter is doing much better, today is her 18th b-day. We will be leaving for family reunion this week, pray for me.

Hi Jackie, how are things with you, the pounds are dropping that's great. As for me i've been taking care of my daughter, she's doing better but still not 100%. I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things soon.

lol...the question of the day! Well diet is #1, exercise regular and be consistent. Don't stop because you didn't lose a lb 1 week or maybe gained a lb. Keep doing it. Just keep saying to yourself that you can only look better everyday. You can do it! Look at Making_A_Change and chicana_peach on my inspirational people! Anything is possible! It's all about dedication.
