"I've lost 53lbs since April 06. My goal is to get down to 130 or 125 and continue to build lean muscle. I want to look better than I ever have at the age of 40!!!"

How I Started:
Recently, I had to take a break from bb.com for a while. I lost track on my goals and started obsessing over looking like CT and some of the other ripped women on here. While doing that I complete forgot about what works for me and what I need to do to reach my goal. I think it's important to remember that every one is different. Learn what works for you and stick with it. It's good to be back and to see all of my old friends and the progress they've made. Congrats to you all. All my love......
Why I Love It:
Working out clears my mind. I just turn up my music and get lost. I forget about work and anything that was previously on my mind. I love to feel the burn.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to be that mom that's all fat and out of shape who doesn't care about how she looks. I want to feel good, look good and be full of energy. I love it when my son says, "Mom you're nothing like all my friends Moms".
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I'm just a normal woman with no major accomplishments in the eyes of all you big time builders. I am a fitness freak and I'm proud of my progress thus far. Now it's time to kick it up a knotch... We'll see what happens. I'm hoping I can get some friendly motivation. :)

I've lost 53lbs since April 06. My goal is to get down to 130 or 125 and continue to build lean muscle. I want to look better than I ever have at the age of 40!!!
Goal (Long):
I'm not a big meat eater so it's a challenge to build muscle. I run a 5k or do speed intervals for an hour six days a week. Recently started lifting weights. I went from a size 12 to a size 4. I'm happy with my weight loss, but now it's time to start getting more defined lean muscle..... Any helpful hints are welcome. :)
U R right. Everyone is different. I did the same as you and went off of the program that was working for me. Back on it now. You look great. KEEP AT IT!!
