Diru Well thank you kind sir. I get my butt handed to me after each work-out, but I try to swing back. bryang123 Same here. Everything been great! And I think you made a good choice man. Make sure you don't use it as a substitute, but rather an addition to all the food you eat. It's hard because you'll constantly be full, but it's the only way to gain mass. It's pretty tasty too. Haha Jun 2, 2012 3:19pm

bryang123 Hey bro, how're you doing?? I just finished a 12 lb bag and I gained about 6 lbs which is actually pretty good for me considering I'm a hard gainer. I've got one more bag left so I'm hoping to pack on some more weight. If you're not a hard gainer, I would assume that gaining weight with it would be no trouble at all. I take the full serving split into two every day, so an extra 250 carbs have been added to my diet each day. Jun 2, 2012 8:49am
