How I Started:
I've always been a huge fan of sports, I ran track and played tennis in middle and high school. I lost my baby brother in Jan. of 2004 and depression hit me hard, along with 60 lbs. of fat. I decided enough was enough and so I started the journey to get my life back!

Just looking at the progress pictures alone is enough to make you want to jump off the couch and run to the gym. It's obvious that she is a go getter, and I aspire to reach the same suceess in transforming my body.
I'm thinking about doing the master cleanse for a solid week, vs the 10 day recommendation. I've done the cleanse before and lost about 10 lbs. in 5 days and was able to keep it off and jump start my weightloss journey. But now i'm weight training so I'm not sure about doing the cleanse, but...
