I was gross. I could grab a wad of fat roll when I bent over and I had dimples on my legs when I sat down with shorts on. Plus I was "just skinny" and that doesnt look good after 30....it translates into saggy butt and wussy arms with a jiggle. I tried the anorexia thing and it just made my ass lower and my hip bones stick out.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins and the way guys get out of my way when I purposely sit near them.......I guess its empowering to be physically strong
How I Stay Motivated:
Fear of cellulite, the mirror and competing. When you know you will be judged under bright lights in a tiny suit, you tend to bust ass. I usually have a show coming up, so this keep my pretty lean all year

I want to help people with what I have learned through trial and error of my own. I'd love to have my own personal training studio and help transform people. I reached ALL my 2009 goals. My new ones are 1 magazine shoot, 1 bodybuilding show and getting out of CT......not necessarily in that order. I want to compete in both figure and female bodybuilding and break some of the stereo types that 'muscles make women less feminine, that a great body is unattainable after 30, that women are stuck looking like "moms" after having children.' This is all not true! Plus you are not stuck with "flat white girl ass'!
I want to do more fitness modeling, help educate on supplementing and nutrition and help stop all the people who join gyms in January from quitting in March after going 3 times and feeling inept and intimidated in the weight room. I WANT TO DO MY OWN FITNESS DVD'S!!!
yep, once again its hate my legs day..so I did some sick training as usual. I started with smith squats with plates under heels 105 lbs, leg extensions 85, curls 85 seated (prob 4 or 5 sets each) leg press (knees to pits) 320, linear hack about the same, laying curls 80, did some calves on...

On a daily basis, I eat pretty clean. I am trying to up my calories at present, but I never checked them. I don’t go by calories. I go but fat,carbs and protein. 150 grams of protein (at least)
My coach is the promoter, so I can no-doubt get in regardless. I just don't know that I am ready for that large of a show, I'm putting it on him to decide.

I know what you mean. I just can't understand why I keep doing this to myself under the pretext of having a great time with my family: I wouldn't have hurt any feelings this weekend if I hadn't eaten 3 portions of beef in one meal, 300 grams of nuts, lots of cookies, beer, scotch (okay - I screwed up big time!)
crazy week - should have been on vacation since the 9th but still working my hiney off - not complaining but it sure would be nice to kick back a little - you look fantastic by the way!!
