"My goal would be to stay reasonably fit year round in order to remain in top shape for photoshoots and any given figure contest that comes up.
To train and consult other athletes who would like to get involved in the "Figure" circle."
I got started through my trainer and husband, Jean "Ti-Jean" LeBlanc when I weighed close to 140 lbs, which was considered "overweight" for my small tiny frame of only 4'11".
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me focused and motivated. It also gives me more energy to function on any given day and when I look in the mirror and see significant improvements in my physique, it gives me a bigger push to keep going...!
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer keeps me motivated and keeps me "on track". He is responsible for helping me lose over 37 lbs and he has changed my lifestyle for the better. All that I've accomplished in this sport, I owe him a great deal of gratitude.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing close to 40 lbs in 12 weeks. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life, but I DID IT!

I obtained my weight loss in only 12 short weeks, but this what I looked like 4 years ago, frightening!
My goal would be to stay reasonably fit year round in order to remain in top shape for photoshoots and any given figure contest that comes up.
To train and consult other athletes who would like to get involved in the "Figure" circle.
Goal (Long):
To place in the top 5 in the Short Class Division at the 2008 National Fitness & Figure Championships. My challenge is to place higher than my last National competition, where I placed 8th.
To also train others to become the "ideal" figure and promote the sport so that it will grow into something we only dream about. I would like to see "Figure" be characterized by "Beauty" rather than big muscles, broad shoulders and thick striations.
Hi Everyone. I'm excited that I was chosen to become Fitness Amateur Athlete of the Week. Can't wait to see me on the net! Check out my website at www.heatherleblanc.ca
