Overall Goal: I had surgery a week ago and I'm still in the recovery phase. I'm taking thing's slow but for the month of December my main goal is to just be active without pushing my limits to where I know I can't at this time....2010 here I come!!! :)
In highschool I played basketball,volleyball and I was even a cheerleader (had to stay active) and now as an adult I admire Macey Boudreau, Amy Fadhli, Nicole Wilkins, Gina Camacho,Tanji Johnson, Amy Villa-Nelson and OMG......MONICA BRYANT my idol!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love to see how my body can transform!! I also love the way it makes me feel!! I would love to become a spokesmodel/fitness model for a company....who know's!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I fall off the horse a lot and now I am back on it. I lost 50 lbs last year and kinda gained it all back because I was busy with school but now since it's a new year and I needed to find a new way of staying motivated so I have pictures of the women that admire (most IFBB women) and I use their pictures for my motivation!!!

Goal (Long):
I would like to lose the weight that I have regained and keep it off and become VERY lean!!!! I can lose the weight and then as soon as something comes up....I fall off track!!! I need to be more consistent and remember to eat right and that PROTEIN is my new BFF!!!!I just want to be in the best shape EVER!!!
Rasheeda inpires me because she is consistent..I have a muscle & fitness for hers mag from 2+ years ago with her profile on the bodyspace ad page...Did hear me....the mag was from 2+ years ago...and the girl is still TIGHT!!!

I may have to change my plans now that I see this...never thought to plan to drink more water just that I'm supposed to & I hate it (LOL)...1-2 gallons a day (but I barely get my 1 in)

HAAAAYYY I SEE YA MS LADY I WAS CHECKIN YA PROGRESS PICS,..,.,I DIDNT SEE NOTHIN WRONG WITH YA SINCE DAY 1 BUT I DEFINETLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE..KEEP IT UP IF YA NEED ANT EXTRA MITIVATION I GOT CHA!!!
