How I Started: When I left the Air Force, I ballooned to 240 lbs. in a matter of months. Then someone gave me a copy of Body for Life. Lost 60lbs. over the next year and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It: Stress relief. Makes me feel good.

Thanks, yeah I think it will be fantastic when it's over with. I graduate the same day that I finish the challenge so it will have more meaning than one (lol), and will be an even better day to get over with. Wanna look good for my graduation:)
