Goal (Long):
After quitting smoking in March, I am now ready to focus on something else. I put on the typical weight after quitting, so I'm pretty pudgy. But, I'm ready! If I can quit smoking, I can finish a 1-year BB program.
good to hear from you.

I hope this finds you well
stay fcused

Hey Mike, I just read your non-smoking blog. Hang in there, it will be worth it just like your bodybuilding/healthier lifestyle. I've been struggling on my diet and working out lately and my food is about like your addiction to cigarettes. We can do it and we will both be much better off in the long run.
Thanks, yeah I think it will be fantastic when it's over with. I graduate the same day that I finish the challenge so it will have more meaning than one (lol), and will be an even better day to get over with. Wanna look good for my graduation:)
Thanks, Yeah I started it before but didn't complete it. This time I'm in the BFL challenge for the whole 12 weeks. May switch things up a little though.
