When I left the Air Force, I ballooned to 240 lbs. in a matter of months. Then someone gave me a copy of Body for Life. Lost 60lbs. over the next year and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. Makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Will-power. My friends here on BB.com

None. I stick with it even though I'm certain I'll never look as good as any of you out there on Body Space.

Not happy about posting this. This is after 5 months of not smoking. I think my metabolism is normalizing, so it's time to start getting my body back
Flexing here. Seeing more volume in my muscles. Good progress so far.

Hey Mike, I just read your non-smoking blog. Hang in there, it will be worth it just like your bodybuilding/healthier lifestyle. I've been struggling on my diet and working out lately and my food is about like your addiction to cigarettes. We can do it and we will both be much better off in the long run.

Thanks, yeah I think it will be fantastic when it's over with. I graduate the same day that I finish the challenge so it will have more meaning than one (lol), and will be an even better day to get over with. Wanna look good for my graduation:)
