I began working out and playing sports in high school and ever since I started college, it's been a battle sticking to a regimen.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I get as I move around the gym, I love the way I feel after my workout, and I love to see noticeable results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Modeling helps a lot because if and when I have a photoshoot, I can't wait to train 5-6 days a week to be in tip-top shape...

Bodyfat on thighs and arms
This photo has motivated me to increase my protein intake and concentrate on increasing the mucle mass in my legs!! My legs have never been so skinny!! It's scary.

In high school I was a late blooming athlete who never knew my body had the potential to be so fit and hard. I worked out 6 days a week and ate what I wanted. It's been a few years and my diet has become too laid back and I can't seem to find a workout plan that I can actually stick too. When I see a few dimples, I freak out and work out 2-4 days in one week and then begin slacking again. I'm a model and have a repuation to uphold as well as a want to improve my look to appeal to a wider range of people including myself.

Your legs look good , Just rememeber the next time you drive to your next workout that you wearing your seatbelt. I cant't tell you all the Injuury I seen in the ER for models were not wearing there sealtbelts at such a young age.

Progress pics are great. Awesome figure. Legs aren't skinny, they are fine, just leg presses or squats and muscles are going to look good on you. Very attractive and fit, good job. Keep at it.
