i always loved working out but i would be motivated for 3 weeks and then that would be it. Trying to change that
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong an running around with my kids.And not having to squeeze myself into clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want my hubby to see me surprised when he comes home. I am trying to motivated my self by taking pics and posting them every 3 weeks I dont want my starting pics to be the only ones people see I know vain.

Well to be honest this year hasn't been the best. But i'm striving nonetheless. I'm cutting right now and doing a lot of HIIT training until January and then I will start bulking. Looking to shred fat and then add the muscle.
Yes I agree.. however my theory is not beating myself up over falling off, just getting back on quickly.. keeps us sane I suppose.. lol Thanks for the comments.. I'm on a great roll now and sounds like you are too.. We'll get there for sure!!
