Glutamine has always been a good supp to take to alleviate muscle soreness after workouts. SciFit's Nitrox is a good supp for that too. But the most important thing to do immediately following a workout is to consume a good quality protein shake to aid in the recovery process. Give your muscles protein fuel when they need it most.
