Why I Love It:
its like a drug that keeps me content and i feel good when i see the results.
LOOKS LIKE MY STATS HAVE DECREASED, BUT ACTUALLY THEY HAVE GOTTEN BETTA. INITIALLY, I MEASURED MYSELF AND MY WEIGHT LIFTING STATS INCORRECTLY. NOW, THEY ARE CORRECT. MY HISTORY IS SKEWED.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have books that i read that keep me focused.
BB Accomplishments:
none really now. i have been on and off since my two children were born. i have had some success with me upper body and legs thus far.

i would like to lose about 20 pounds, improve my diet and gain lean muscle mass. i was doing really well,but with past job, relationship and financial stresses, i fell completely off the wagon. all of my demons are conquered now and im back!! i will not stop this time until my goals are achieved!!
im a lil upset. recently i had a shoulder injury, so i was out of the gym for 3 weeks. as a result, i gained 7 pounds.. i am back in the gym now and trying to get the weight off, along with the other 10 pounds i was initially working on. i think its a lot of water weight too.. well, kinda...
yes, I've been a good boy. No cheats this week. The diet has been SUPER strict. I'm gonna continue until Christmas when I will allow myself to eat dessert and other holiday treat - in moderation though. Enjoy your weekend :)
Hey Ms.Dee, sorry for the late response. I haven't really been focused on anything lately, just trying to stay consistant with my workouts. I'm thinking about doing a bulking phase now that winter is here but i'm not sure:) How's training going?
I just got off work about an hour and half ago. I am working on chest, forearms, arms and back - Doing pull ups and push ups. You need to send me a recent pic to show the progress!
leg and chest you did? 2 great body parts :). I'm @ the gym now. Getting ready for delts, abs and cardio. And yes, I'm sending this via my Blkberry - so don't give up ;) TGIF!
It's doing what it do! LOL I should get me some gloves ... I got major callouses on both hands. Using BS on the Blkberry is a breeze, as long as u have the data plan. What did you do for the holiday?
