so now that i been off for 2days feelin like i need to workout.. but my only problem my meals.

Background
I decided to try out bodybuilding/fitness modeling, I always wanted to try but just never really knew how to go about it.. Also since im a single mom with a 4yr old son, i work 3 jobs coaching college/high school, and im a personal trainee, until,i saw one of my college team mates who just had a son saw that she did the Jamie Eason Live Fit trainer. I then decided i had to try, and right now im loving it, it been only a week, but im feel great. Im ready for all the new changes my body will make, and ready for all the new cool exercises that i would like to try.. to keep my interested and motivated..
I always loved working out, but it started getting boring, when it seem like i was doing the same things over and over again. so i decidedthat i need a change in pace and workout routine, and now im extra excited.. Really cant wait to see the results.

Posted in Training : Feb 14, 2012 7:13pmWOW Phase 2 is no joke, and i learned that i have alot of work to do push up was my strongest now my weakest, these new style are great but i have to work to be better.. my meals are getting better, organic chips but dont need them.. Oh im doin cardio now and i rock been killin myself on the elipitcal (achilles arent strong enough for me to run) and i go for 30min at random for level 14 omg i was tryin so hard to go over 300 cal, failed caught a cramp lol.. finished got to 300cals, and it was worth it.
My nutrition i dont eat as much carbs like i use to it seem that shorting u

Posted in Training : Feb 08, 2012 11:51amWell as this week 2 came along i was ecited, but never took into consideration of how busy and tired i will be.. Due to last week i slept all weekend and really allowed my muscles to rest adn grow.. but for week 2 i wanted to do something different which was up my weight my 5lbs to regain my strength(im not weak girl usually i will bust them out but this workout is different because i allow myself to rest). And I had a few pauses alongthe wa but i pushed them out..Well today day 3 was the 1st day i broke a sweat felt like throwing up, and legs was shaking and i wasnt at my best either.

Posted in Other : Feb 08, 2012 11:50amWow this past month has been an up and odwn roller coaster, between my struggles with the diet, and the semi improvement in my training, the up and down of weight and really no fat lost. I have came to conclusin that there is still room for improvment, but i have to dedicate all of me and not part of me, and i have to stay consistent, and be focus. Mainly on the diet end, i learned some new recipes and tried them out, but the basic for now is where i have to be. I cant lie and say Jamie didnt make a fool proof Live Fit, because it right there in my face I have to untilized it.
