I started working out in junior high, for sports (football). I was morbidly obease with hardly any muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of self-accomplishment that comes with meeting your goals. With this transformation, I'm not looking to prove anything to anybody except myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Old pictures from when I first lost weight. Back then, I never realized how much I accomplished. But looking back, I see what I was able to do, and and bound and determined to do it again (even better)
BB Accomplishments:
At one time I had lost over 100 lbs. I want to get in the best shape I can possibly be, and maybe even enter in a contest.

About 7 years ago, I set out to lose weight. Freshman year of high school, I topped out at 300 lbs. And this was with hardly any muscle. I've come a long way, losing a lot of fat and gaining a lot of muscle. However, this year, I've started gaining more weight again. This was my first year of dental school, which calls for a lot of time in class, clinic, and studying. Not much time for physical activity. So I'm taking this break to center myself and get back that fire I once had that pushed me towards my goals way back when. Next summer, I want (for the first time) to feel GREAT with my shirt off.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It wasn't neccessarily a LIFTING injury, more like a sports injury. My senior year of high school, I had to lose my spot off the o-line, because I tore my ACL in my right shoulder. It's taken a while, but now I'm back to lifting pain-free, and I'm regaining my strength. It wasn't neccessarily a LIFTING injury, more like a sports injury. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Probably either bad form or being reckless.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Hmmmm, that's a tuffy. I'd have to go with a split. I like the proportion and definition that Ryan Reynolds had in Blade: Trinity. But I also think that Christian Bale did an awesome role putting on size for Batman Begins. So if I could get a little more size like Christian and some definition like Ryan, I'd have no room for complaint. lolHmmmm, that's a tuffy. I'd have to go with a split. Why I like this video: I usually don't find inspiration from a commercial, but this one is an exception. After I saw this, it has popped in my head everytime I've wanted to hit the snooze button.
Ok, so here is my personal reflection on exactly why I want to change my life for the better. I'm not sure where this is going go, I'm just going to start typing.
All my life I have had to deal with this weight issue. I'm sick of it. Growing up I was fat. And not just on the...
Keto worked out for me man. I lost about 15 pounds while doing it. I need to get off it for school now because I need the energy that carbs give me, but keto was a good way to drop weight fast.
Thank you MS for the support, and I want to send you support as well. Keep going, your classmates won't recognize you in a few months. Keep up the great work. :) T
