My running is going great! I'm running every other day....Cycle alot so this running thing is new to my body! Good luck in April!

I found some free training programs on yahoo, that I found very helpful. You're lucky that you can find a race every month. There not that many in WI. I found one that I'm going to sign up for in June! Let me know when your races is!

Thanks....I'm trying to find one to run by the end of May. It's not to much cardio....I think alot people think its alot more cardio then what it is. I just started running again. I use to run all the time, 5 or 6 years ago, than stopped. I forgot how much I enjoy it! As far as you saying, "your sorta old".... your as old as you feel! Which by looking at how great of shape you are in... your not to old at all!

My training is going great.... I decided that I'm signing up for a Duathlon! It's a 2 mile run, 20 mile bike ride and you finish with another 2 mile run! How is your training coming along?

Oh trust me I know... however I figure it out. I make all my meals for the week on my day off on Sunday. I work out on my lunch breaks and on my one early night off a week, I go rock climbing! If I didn't work out, I would have no energy. The tricky thing that I have to find time to do now is teach spin! I'm getting certified this Sat and I have to figure out the time when I can compete to everyweek.

For the most part I would say I know what I'm doing. I work 13 to 15 hour days, so I was planning on posting some pics this weekend, when I have some extra time.

Thanks I agree it does make it more bearable for my "bell to bell's!" I always find it so funny the lingo car people use!
