When I Started: Nov, 2007
How I Started: I always wanted to get into some kind of physical sport but my body size prevented me from doing it. It wasn't until college when I started lifting. I used to think i just can't gain weight but then discovered my diet wasn't enough and I needed to lift and eventually it would come.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of being carefree that you get when you workout. In the gym its only you and the weights and your worries are all gone.
How I Stay Motivated: When I get up on that scale and see I gained even a pound, it just pushes me farther down the road. Looking at my gains in the mirror does too.
BB Accomplishments: Actually getting to a "normal" BMI of 18.5.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I just strained a muscle so it hurt for a little while.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Anything related to your back because if you have improper form you can severely injure yourself.
