hahah thanks homie. i do alittle cardio, interval training if anything or circuit training... if i do traditional i lose all my muscle mass.

255 is great man. good work. don't get too wrapped up in throwing as much weight up as possible, unless your trying to be a powerlifter its not always the most effective way to getting bigger, stronger, and leaner. I train between 3 and 7 days per week.
