When I Started:
2003
How I Started:
My dad brought me into my basement with a small bench and few dumbells, once I started seeing some results and kept going and going and researching and researching.
Why I Love It:
How about this. I love it because it challenges my mind and my body and pushes me to levels I never thought I could get to. I also love bodybuilding because it has given me the opportunity to share with people my successes to help them both feel better about themself through self accomplishment and seeing actual physical results.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always someone out there training harder, eating cleaner, and craving that top spot even more.

Just wanted to send out a Happy New Year to all my friends on Bodyspace that I have made over the years. I have seen alot of progress from alot of people and have been given tons and tons of motivation from you all as well.

My training is constantly changing... the number of days during week of training, as well as volume, and intensity levels, I also utilize full body HIT workouts on occasion. but this is currently a "rough" outline of my regiment...

Well im trying to anyways, I had surgery back in september on my shoulder. i still have about another 2 months of recovery time. So i havent been able to do a whole lot upper body wise, but i've been working my legs pretty hard.
You’re totally right it really doesn’t help to be so tough. I’ve been doing P90X for about 5 months now and am on my second go around. I lost around 40lbs and a substantial amount of inches (You can tell with my progress photos) the first 90 days and have been doing it more comfortably in a routiine manner this time around. I eat a high protein diet low in carbs. Thank you so much! The support means the world! =]
Main goal is to lean out more. I would love to get the bf to 7% or 6%. Wish you were in So Cal I need a motivated gym buddy. Its me pushing myself at the gym everyday. Would be good to have that extra ear on those days when im slackin.
Mike,
Man, you don't know how honored I am by your words! I should be the one thanking you for being such a great person! You have a humility to yourself that is amazing! Your going to go far, not because of you wonderful physique, but because of who you are, and how encouraging you are to others! That what is important in life! Thanks for the boast, and encouragement today! You don't really know how much I appreciate it!

Protein pancakes - what could be better then starting your day off with oatmeal, cottage cheese and egg whites. Also I bought to much cottage cheese and so it is a good way to eat it all up...
Thanks for your response. As for me, I had slacked a bit this year and really need to hit it hard in the New Year. Pictures like yours certainly provide inspiration.
