So it's been a long time since I've been on the blog... or my profile for that matter.
The past 5 months I've been working an extremely stressful job for a major media company in NYC. Commuting, maintaining the diet, and the training is rough and the job is a killer.
My training is constantly changing... the number of days during week of training, as well as volume, and intensity levels, I also utilize full body HIT workouts on occasion. but this is currently a "rough" outline of my regiment...
6 days on 1 day off (cardio 20 mins, HIIT) 1 large and 1...
