Had a bad car accident back in 1990. With that came alot of physical therapy. In therapy I was told I will only be as good as the hard work I put in.
Why I Love It:
I think it is the best way to easy my every day stress.

I get stuck out every once in a while without my protein shakes. Left in the harsh world of Fast Food. My favorite backup food is Carl’s Jr. barbecue chicken sandwich. Looking for new foods to eat when I am on the run.
