I had recenlty came out of Sgt's Crs and I lost an considerable amount of mass.
With about two months of training under me I have reinvented myself, fullblown OFFSEASON. I have been training in off season mode since May and will continue until the end of August. I will begin dieting for a show in November 2009!

I want to become a mass machine again.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to bench heavy and squat heavy once again, those days will be mine. This is my vow! I am going to spend the remainder of May 2009 and June 2009 through September 2009 bulking up and training heavier. I will start my diet preparation the beginning of October 2009 all the way up to the contest in November. Not sure what I will come in weighing I just want to be bigger and sharper than my last show in 2008 at the moutaineer.

Your recent pictures look strong, your back in particular looks bigger and better than ever, and your shoulder separation is superb. I also checked out some more of your videos, I really like them, good form on the workouts and some good posing too. Keep it up.
