supermanjow Thanks! And you too. I always look forward to seeing you on stage. What has your diet been like lately? Are you still doing the low carb? I've been doing a sort of timed carb diet lately where my first two meals of the day contain little to no carbs and then I have some carbs with my evening meal. I've started working out later in the evenings too so I'll have some more protein and carbs after my weights session as well. Seems to be working. I've lost BF while gaining muscle. Have been on a 10 week plan aiming for more strength and mass, into week 8 and i've definitely had an increase in both, looking forward to competing next May.
