Background

When I Started: Nov 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I got started 6 years a go when I finished playing soccer and got a gym membership to a local 24 hour fitness with my boy C-Murda and Papa G. Got my first taste of some iron slinging and the rest is history...

WHY I LOVE IT:

It is empowering to know that I am in control of the physique that I have to stare at in the mirror everyday. It is my fix. My release. My passion.

Going4Swole absoluteley man, until you really ever go to a show, you don't realize those guys aren't as huge as they appear, it's all the smoke and mirrors of bb'ing. You come in dry and hard, you'll kill it dude, no doubt about it. Judges are lookin for someone who can come in shredded and ripped, and then size matters, but not till then. You'll do great bro!
