Captain Ahab A great way to achieve your goal is by using the free 12 week Body for Life program. I don't know what program you use now but my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 Lb in the same time period by following the Body for Life body transformation program. It not only covers nutrition but also weightlifting and cardio. If you wish more info or if there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell.
