Reason: He helped me through PM when I hit a plateau. He gave one of his own routines that led to massive strength gains in the short period of 2 months that I ran the program. Bench went up about 40lbs, squat went up an unbelievable 70lbs, and my deadlift went up about 50lbs. He was a great help to me, and without him, I probably wouldn't be anywhere near as strong as I am now.
